समाचार को यहाँ क्लिक करके सुन भी सकते हैंनवीन समाचार, बागेश्वर, 17 जून 2023। (Bacchi se dushkarm ke bad hatya) उत्तराखंड के बागेश्वर में गत वर्ष 18 जून को एक बहुत ही शर्मनाक मामला सामने आया था। यहाँ मां के साथ कई बार दुष्कर्म करने के बाद महिला की 18 माह की बच्ची के साथ भी हैवानियत की सारी हदें पार की गई थीं। इससे बच्ची की मौत हो गई थी। इस मामले में जिला सत्र न्यायाधीश आरके खुल्बे की अदालत ने मासूम की हत्या व महिला से दुराचार के आरोपी को दोषी ठहराते हुए आजीवन कारावास तथा दो अन्य मामलों में 20 व दो वर्ष की सजा सुनाई है। तीनों सजाएं साथ-साथ चलेंगी।

प्राप्त जानकारी के अनुसार बागेश्वर कोतवाली के गांव सातरतबे में गांव के धीरज तिवारी व मकान मालिक के पुत्र ने गांव में मजदूरी करने आए एक नेपाली के कमरे में घुसकर उसकी पत्नी से 18 जून 2022 को दुराचार किया। हथियार दिखाकर किसी को न बताने के लिए धमकाया।
दोबारा दुराचार की कोशिश करने पर पीड़िता भाग गई। इस दौरान अभियुक्तों के हाथ बगल के कमरे में मौजूद महिला की सोई हुई 18 माह की बच्ची हाथ लग गई। उन्होंने हैवानियत करते हुए बच्ची के साथ भी दुराचार किया इससे उसकी मौत हो गई। 19 जून को जिला चिकित्सालय में बच्ची के पोस्टमार्टम में दुष्कर्म की पुष्टि हुई। उसका गला दबाकर हत्या करने की बात भी सामने आई।
25 जून को महिला ने बयान दिया और बाद में कोतवाली में प्राथमिकी दर्ज कराई। विशेष लोक अभियोजन खड़क सिंह कार्की ने मामले में 21 गवाह परीक्षित कराए। जिला सत्र न्यायाधीश ने धारा 302 में आजीवन कारावास, 25 हजार जुर्माना व पॉक्सो अधिनियम की धारा 55/6 के तहत 20 साल की सजा व 25 हजार रुपए अर्थदंड की सजा सुनाई है। (डॉ. नवीन जोशी) आज के अन्य एवं अधिक पढ़े जा रहे ‘नवीन समाचार’ पढ़ने के लिए यहां क्लिक करें।

According to the information received, Dheeraj Tiwari of the village and the son of the landlord of Satratbe village of Bageshwar Kotwali entered the room of a Nepali who had come to work as a laborer and raped his wife on June 18, 2022. Threatened not to tell anyone by showing weapons.
The victim ran away after trying to misbehave again. During this, the hands of the accused touched the sleeping 18-month-old girl child of the woman present in the adjacent room. In a brutal manner, he misbehaved with the girl as well, due to which she died. On June 19, the rape was confirmed in the post-mortem of the girl in the district hospital. The matter of strangling him to death also came to the fore.
On June 25, the woman gave her statement and later lodged an FIR in the police station. Special Public Prosecutor Kharak Singh Karki got 21 witnesses examined in the case. The District Sessions Judge has sentenced life imprisonment, 25 thousand fine under Section 302 and 20 years’ imprisonment and Rs 25 thousand fine under Section 55/6 of the POCSO Act.
