समाचार को यहाँ क्लिक करके सुन भी सकते हैंनवीन समाचार, अल्मोड़ा, 3 जुलाई 2023। (Himakat) गत दिवस दो सगे भाई-बहन की विश्वनाथ घाट के पास सुयाल नदी में डूबने से चर्चा में आए अल्मोड़ा के बख गांव के ग्राम प्रधान को जान से मारने की धमकी देने की घटना प्रकाश में आयी है। यहां सैफ अंसारी नाम के युवक पर आरोप है कि उसने गांव में घुसकर एक महिला से बदसलूकी की।
आरोप है कि इसके बाद वह अपने साथ कुछ लोगों को एक वाहन में भरकर आया और गांव की 8 नाली जमीन को अपना बताने लगा। जब ग्रामीण मौके पर पहुंचे तो उनके साथ भी गाली गलौज कर दी। यही नहीं ग्राम प्रधान को जान से मारने की धमकी दी। इस मामले में पुलिस ने शिकायत मिलने के बाद आरोपित सैफ अंसारी को गिरफ्तार कर लिया है।
बख गांव के ग्राम प्रधान देवेंद्र बिष्ट ने बताया कि आरोपित सैफ अंसारी वाहन संख्या यूके01बी-2442 कुछ लोगों को लेकर गांव में घुस आया। उनके साथ कुछ महिलाएं भी थी। आरोपितों ने आते ही गांव की महिला रमा देवी से बदसलूकी की। इसी बीच गांव के पूरन सिंह भी मौके पर पहुंच गए। उनसे भी गाली गलौच कर हाथापाई कर दी।
मामले की जानकारी ग्राम प्रधान को मिली तो वह भी बीच बचाव और हंगामा शांत करने के लिए मौके पर पहुंचे। वहां पहुंचने पर आरोपित गांव की जमीन पर अपना हक जता रहे थे। ग्राम प्रधान देवेंद्र बिष्ट ने बताया कि उन्होंने जमीन का नक्शे से मिलान करने की बात कही, लेकिन सैफ अंसारी ने एक नहीं सुनी।
आरोप है कि सैफ अंसारी ने 8 नाली जमीन अपनी बतायी। इसके बाद वह गाली गलौज पर उतर आया। इनता ही नहीं उन्हें जान से मारने की धमकी दे डाली। जिसके बाद आरोपित सैफ अंसारी वापस चला गया।
उधर, ग्राम प्रधान बिष्ट को जान से मारने की धमकी देने और ग्रामीणों के साथ गाली गलौज व मारपीट करने वाले के खिलाफ कार्रवाई करने की मांग को लेकर लोग थाने पहुंचे। जहां उन्होंने पुलिस में तहरीर दी। साथ ही चेतावनी दी कि यदि आरोपित के खिलाफ कार्रवाई नहीं की गई तो ग्रामीण धरना-प्रदर्शन करेंगे। जिसके बाद पुलिस ने भादंसं की धारा 504 और 506 के तहत मामला दर्ज कर आरोपित को गिरफ्तार कर लिया है। साथ ही घटना में इस्तेमाल वाहन को सीज कर दिया है।

Devendra Bisht, the village head of Bakh village, told that the accused Saif Ansari vehicle number UK01B-2442 entered the village with some people. Some women were also with them. The accused misbehaved with the village woman Rama Devi as soon as they arrived. Meanwhile, Puran Singh of the village also reached the spot.
He also abused them and had a scuffle. When the village head came to know about the matter, he also reached the spot to intervene and calm the ruckus. On reaching there, the accused were asserting their rights on the village land.
Village head Devendra Bisht told that he talked about matching the land with the map, but Saif Ansari did not listen. It is alleged that Saif Ansari told 8 nali land as his own. After this he came down on abusing. Not only this, she threatened to kill him. After which the accused Saif Ansari went back.
On the other hand, people reached the police station threatening to kill village head Bisht and demanding action against the person who abused and assaulted the villagers. Where he gave a complaint to the police. Also warned that if action is not taken against the accused, the villagers will protest. After which the police registered a case under sections 504 and 506 of IPC and arrested the accused. Along with this, the vehicle used in the incident has been seized.
Almora police station in-charge Arun Kumar told that the village head of Bakh has given Tahrir and accused Saif Ansari of abusing and threatening to kill him. Based on this, a case has been registered. In the case, Saif Akhtar Ansari’s son Javed Akhtar Ansari, a resident of Dubkiya, was arrested and presented in the court. However, the court granted bail to the accused on a surety.
