रामनगर में बड़ी दुर्घटना, ब्रेक फेल होने के बाद बस ने स्कूटी को रोंदा, पर्यटन व्यवसायी व सैन्य कर्मी की मौत (Ramnagar accident)

The deceased were en route to attend a funeral when the accident took place, causing distress among their relatives and creating a commotion at the scene.
समाचार को यहाँ क्लिक करके सुन भी सकते हैंनवीन समाचार, रामनगर, 16 जून 2023। (Ramnagar accident) रामनगर में शुक्रवार को बड़ी दुर्घटना हो गई। यहां एक स्कूटी को अनियंत्रित बस ने टक्कर मारकर दूर तक घसीट दिया। दुर्घटना में स्कूटी सवार भी काफी दूर तक घिसटते चले गए। दुर्घटना में स्कूटी सवार एक पर्यटन व्यवसायी और एक सैन्य कर्मी की मौके पर ही मौत हो गई। दुर्घटना इतनी भयावह रही कि मृतकों और उनकी स्कूटी को बमुश्किल बस के नीचे से निकाला जा सका। बस एक कार पर टकराकर रुकी। अन्यथा अनियंत्रित बस अन्य वाहनों को भी रोंद सकती थी और कई लोगों की जान जा सकती थी। पुलिस ने शवों को कब्जे में लेकर पोस्टमार्टम की औपचारिकता शुरू कर दी है। बताया जा रहा है कि स्कूटी सवार मृतक मोहल्ले के निवासी एक व्यक्ति की अंत्येष्टि में जा रहे थे।

प्राप्त जानकारी के अनुसार शुक्रवार को मोहल्ला भरतपुरी निवासी 40 वर्षीय पर्यटन व्यवसायी गिरीश चंद्र पांडे उर्फ गौरी पांडे पुत्र दयाकिशन व पूर्व सैनिक 42 वर्षीय विक्रम नेगी पुत्र भरत सिंह नेगी एक ही स्कूटी से मोहल्ले में एक व्यक्ति की अंत्येष्टि में जा रहे थे। प्रत्यक्षदर्शियों के अनुसार इसी बीच राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग संख्या 309 रानीखेत रोड पर रोडवेज बस स्टेशन के पास लखनपुर से आ रही एक खाली बस ने उल्टी दिशा में आकर स्कूटी को टक्कर मार दी तो स्कूटी बस के नीचे घसीटती हुई चली गई। एक बालिका के भी चोट लगी है।
दुर्घटना के बाद मौके पर हड़कंप मच गया। लोग बचाव के लिए दौड़े। इससे रानीखेत रोड पर जाम की स्थिति भी बन गई। पुलिस ने मौके पर पहुंचकर लोगों की मदद से दोनों घायलों को बस के नीचे से बमुश्किल बाहर निकाला। उन्हें उपचार के लिए सरकारी चिकित्सालय लाया गया। यहां चिकित्सकों ने दोनों को मृत घोषित कर दिया। पुलिस ने बस को जेसीबी की मदद से साइड करवाया। बस चालक फरार बताया जा रहा है। इस दौरान लोगों ने हंगामा भी किया। उधर मृतकों के परिजनों में कोहराम मच गया है।
नायब तहसीलदार दयाल चंद्र मिश्रा ने घटना की जानकारी देते हुए बताया कि पुलिस ने बस को कब्जे में ले लिया है। दुर्घटना का कारण बस के ब्रेक फेल होना बताया जा रहा है। लेकिन फिर भी पुलिस दुर्घटना के कारणों की जांच में जुट गई है। बताया जा रहा है कि मृतक गिरीश चंद्र पांडे का साहसिक पर्यटन का बड़ा कारोबार था। उनकी पत्नी शिक्षिका है, जबकि बच्चे नहीं हैं। वहीं मृतक विक्रम सिंह नेगी सेना से सेवानिवृत्ति के बाद डीएससी यानी डिफेंस सर्विस कोर मे तैनात थे, तथा आजकल छुट्टी में अपने घर आए थे। उन्हें शनिवार को ड्यूटी पर वापस जाना था। (डॉ. नवीन जोशी) आज के अन्य एवं अधिक पढ़े जा रहे ‘नवीन समाचार’ पढ़ने के लिए यहां क्लिक करें।

Big accident in Ramnagar, after brake failure, bus rammed scooty, tourism businessman and military personnel died

In the accident, the scooty riders were also dragged for a long distance. A tourism businessman and a military personnel riding a scooty died on the spot in the accident. The accident was so horrific that the deceased and their scooty could hardly be taken out from under the bus. The bus collided with a car and stopped. Otherwise, the unruly bus could have rammed other vehicles as well and many people could have lost their lives. The police have started the formalities of postmortem by taking possession of the dead bodies. It is being told that the scooty rider was going to the funeral of a person resident of the deceased locality.
According to the information received, on Friday, 40-year-old tourism businessman Girish Chandra Pandey alias Gauri Pandey’s son Dayakishan, resident of Mohalla Bharatpuri, and 42-year-old Vikram Negi, son of Bharat Singh Negi, ex-serviceman, were going on the same scooty to the funeral of a person in the locality. According to eyewitnesses, meanwhile, an empty bus coming from Lakhanpur hit the scooty in the opposite direction near the roadways bus station on National Highway No. 309, Ranikhet Road, and the scooty dragged under the bus. A girl has also been hurt.
There was a stir on the spot after the accident. People rushed to the rescue. Due to this, a situation of jam was also created on Ranikhet road. The police reached the spot and with the help of the people, barely pulled out both the injured from under the bus. He was brought to the government hospital for treatment. Here the doctors declared both dead. Police got the bus sided with the help of JCB. The bus driver is said to be absconding. During this people also created ruckus. On the other hand, there is uproar among the relatives of the deceased.
Giving information about the incident, Naib Tehsildar Dayal Chandra Mishra said that the police have taken the bus into custody. The cause of the accident is said to be brake failure of the bus. But still the police have started investigating the cause of the accident. It is being told that the deceased Girish Chandra Pandey had a big business of adventure tourism. His wife is a teacher, while there are no children. Whereas the deceased Vikram Singh Negi was posted in DSC i.e. Defense Service Corps after retirement from the army, and had come to his home on leave these days. He was to return to duty on Saturday.
