नवीन समाचार, देहरादून, 29 जून 2023। (Dehradun gang-rape) राजधानी देहरादून में शर्मनाक घटना प्रकाश में आई है। यहां ऑटो से मंदिर जा रही एक 19 वर्षीय किशोरी से ऑटो चालक व उसके साथी द्वारा नशा करके टपकेश्वर श्मशान घाट के पास सामूहिक दुष्कर्म करने की घटना हुई है। यही नहीं आरोपितों ने पीड़िता की अश्लील वीडियो भी बनाई है। युवती की तहरीर पर पुलिस ने मुकदमा दर्ज करते हुए दोनों आरोपितों को पकड़ लिया है और न्यायालय के आदेश पर जेल भेज दिया है।
इंस्पेक्टर कैंट सम्पूर्णानंद गैरोला के अनुसार पीड़िता बीती शाम टपकेश्वर मंदिर की ओर जा रही थी। इसके लिए उसने रास्ते में एक ई-रिक्शा रोका। ई-रिक्शा में एक और युवक बैठा था। वह रिक्शे में बैठ गई। रिक्शा चालक उसे श्मशान घाट ले गया। कहने लगा कि थोड़ी देर में वह टपकेश्वर मंदिर की ओर जाएगा।
आरोप है कि इस तरह ई रिक्शा चालक उसे जबरन टपकेश्वर श्मशान घाट के पास ले गया, वहां दोनों ने नशा किया और इसके बाद दोनों ने पीड़िता से सामूहिक दुष्कर्म किया। उसके कपड़े भी फाड़ डाले। उसने विरोध किया तो उसके साथ मारपीट की गई। इनमें से एक युवक ने घटना के दौरान वीडियो भी बना ली, और मारपीट कर वहीं छोड़ गए।

According to Inspector Cantt Sampurnanand Gairola, the victim was going towards Tapkeshwar temple last evening. For this he stopped an e-rickshaw on the way. Another youth was sitting in the e-rickshaw. She sat in the rickshaw. The rickshaw driver took him to the crematorium. Started saying that in a short while he will go towards Tapkeshwar temple.
It is alleged that in this way the e-rickshaw driver forcibly took her to Tapkeshwar cremation ground, there both of them got intoxicated and after that both of them gang-raped the victim. Tore his clothes too. When he protested, he was assaulted. One of these youths also made a video during the incident, and left there after being beaten up.
After receiving the complaint, on the basis of CCTV footage, the police arrested the accused e-rickshaw driver Gaurav Thakur alias Langda, 39, resident of Kaulagarh, and his accomplice Rohit. Both have been sent to jail on the orders of the court. The police have also obtained the victim’s video from the young man’s phone. It is being sent for investigation. Both the accused already know each other. Rohit is a cook in a hotel in Rishikesh and had come home on leave.
