नवीन समाचार, नैनीताल, 28 जून 2023। (Nainital News 28 June 2023) सरकार द्वारा आगामी 5 वर्षों मे राज्य के सकल घरेलू उत्पाद (जीएसडीपी) को दोगुना करने का लक्ष्य रखते हुए राज्य को 2025 तक श्रेष्ठतम एवं सशक्त उत्तराखण्ड राज्य बनाने की परिकल्पना की गई है। इसी को लेकर जनपद स्तर के सभी हितधारकों एव संबंधित विभागों के अधिकारिंयो के साथ विचार मंथन कर त्वरित समावेशी विकास सुनिश्चित करने हेतु बुधवार को जिला पंचायत अध्यक्ष बेला तोलिया, की अध्यक्षता मे विकास भवन भीमताल सभागार एक दिवसीय जनपद स्तरीय कार्यशाला आयोजित हुई।

कार्यशाला का शुभारंभ श्रीमती तोलिया ने जनपद के मुख्य विकास अधिकारी डॉ संदीप तिवारी, अपर सीपीपीजीजी नियोजन विभाग मुख्य कार्यकारी अधिकारी डॉ मनोज पंत के साथ संयुक्त रूप से दीप प्रवज्वलित कर किया। इस अवसर पर श्रीमती तोलिया कहा कि अधिकारियों से लक्ष्यों की पूर्ति हेतु अपने स्तर से प्रयास करने तथा अधिक से अधिक स्वरोजगार उपलब्ध कराकर उनकी आर्थिकी में सुधार करने को कहा।

सीडीओ डॉ. तिवारी ने विभागीय योजनाओं का लाभ आमजनमानस तक किस प्रकार मिले इस पर चर्चा करते हुए विकास सम्बन्धी कार्य योजना को भविष्य हेतु जनपद के विकास खण्डों, ग्राम पंचायत स्तर पर विभिन्न योजनाओं व हित धारकों के माध्यम से सतत विकास लक्ष्य अनुसार योजनाओं का क्रियान्वयन धरातल पर किये जाने को कहा।

डॉ. मनोज पंत ने कहा कि ‘जिले को विकास की धुरी मानते हुए कार्य किया जाना है। इस हेतु सरकार द्वारा राज्य के विकास हेतु भारत सरकार के 20 सूत्री कार्यक्रम के तर्ज पर जनपद की आवश्यकताओं एवं विकास हेतु 30 सूत्री कार्यक्रम चलाया जा रहा है। उन्होंने सतत विकास लक्ष्यों के स्थानीय स्तर पर नियोजन एवं क्रियान्वयन हेतु जनपद नैनीताल को एसडीजी रैंक में प्रथम स्थान प्राप्त होने पर सबको बधाई भी दी।

बताया गया कि जनपद स्तर पर विभिन्न क्षेत्रों में कई ‘बेस्ट प्रेक्टिस’ कार्य किये जा रहे है, जिनमें से कार्यशाला में जल संरक्षण एवं वनीकरण विषय पर जनपद के ओखलकांडा निवासी शिक्षक चंदन सिंह नयाल के ‘चंदन मॉडल’ के माध्यम से पर्वतीय एवं दूरस्थ क्षेत्रों में जल संरक्षण एवं वनीकरण पर मॉडल बनाया गया है। इसके अलावा शिप्रा नदी के पुर्नजीविकरण एवं वनीकरण, जल स्त्रोतों का सरंक्षण, प्लास्टिकों का निस्तारण, जल संरक्षण आदि पर चर्चा की गई।

कार्यशाला में जिला पंचायतराज के प्रतिनिधि गोपाल वर्मा, जिला अर्थ एवं संख्याधिकारी डॉ. मुकेश नेगी, शैलेंद्र, राजेश कुमार, श्याम धानक आदि ने भी विभिन्न विषय रखे। कार्यशाला में ब्लॉक प्रमुख डॉ. हरीश बिष्ट व आशा रानी तथा चंदा फर्त्याल, डॉ. बीकेएस यादव, सहित अनेक संबंधित अधिकारी उपस्थित रहे। संचालन कमल मेहरा ने किया।

Nainital News 28 June 2023 : पनियामेहता में 4जी मोबाइल टावर के लिए 2000 वर्ग फिट भूमि निःशुल्क आवंटित

नैनीताल। नैनीताल जनपद के दूरस्थ राजस्व ग्राम पनियामेहता में बीएसएनएल का 4जी कनेक्टिविटी युक्त मोबाइल टावर लगाने के लिए 2000 वर्गफुट भूमि आवंटित कर दी गई है। अपर जिलाधिकारी शिवचरण द्विवेदी ने बताया कि भूमि बीएसएनएल के महाप्रबंधक को शर्तो के अधीन निःशुल्क आवंटित की गई है। उन्होंने तहसीलदार नैनीताल को राजस्व अभिलेखों में इस बारे में आवश्यक अमलदरामद करने की कार्यवाही करने के निर्देश भी दिये हैं।

उल्लेखनीय है कि इससे पहले भी जनपद के 20 दूरस्थ गांवों में बीएसएनएल के 4जी मोबाइल टावर लगाने के लिए 2000-2000 वर्ग फिट भूमि निःशुल्क आवंटित की गई है। अलबत्ता, अभी भी नैनीताल-हल्द्वानी राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग पर ही कई स्थानों पर किसी भी कंपनी के मोबाइल सिग्नल नहीं आते हैं। इन स्थानों पर बकायदा सड़क किनारे बोर्ड लगाकर मोबाइल सिग्नल न आने की जानकारी सार्वजनिक भी की गई है।

आयुष, चैतन्य व मानस ने जीती गायन प्रतियोगिता

नैनीताल। नगर के पार्वती प्रेमा जगाती सरस्वती विहार वरिष्ठ माध्यमिक विद्यालय के माधव सभागार में बुधवार को सदनसः गीत गायन प्रतियोगिता का आयोजन किया गया। प्रतियोगिता में सभी छः सदनो के 18 छात्रों ने के तीन वर्गों प्रतिभाग किया। बाल वर्ग में कक्षा अष्टम अ के आयुष पाण्डे ने ‘पार्वती बोली शंकर से सुनलो भोलेनाथ जी’ गीत गाकर प्रथम स्थान प्राप्त किया।

इसी तरह माध्यमिक वर्ग से अरविंद सदन के 9वीं कक्षा के चैतन्य बिष्ट ने ‘नादान परिंदे गीत गाकर और उच्च वर्ग में तिलक सदन के 12वीं कक्षा के मानस गंगवार ने ‘किसी की मुस्कुराहटों पे हो निसार, किसी का दर्द मिल सके तो ले उधार’’ गाकर अपने वर्ग में प्रथम स्थान प्राप्त हुआ।

वहीं बाल वर्ग से मानस पंत ने द्वितीय और वैभव पाण्डे ने तृतीय, माध्यमिक वर्ग में ध्रुव जोशी ने द्वितीय और कुशाग्र वत्स ने तृतीय तथा उच्च वर्ग में कृश जोशी ने द्वितीय और अथर्व पाठक ने तृतीय स्थान प्राप्त किया। विद्यालय के प्रधानाचार्य डॉ सूर्य प्रकाश ने सभी प्रतिभागी छात्रों के उज्ज्वल भविष्य की कामना की।

डीएम से की डीएसए मैदान में बनाई कृत्रिम दीवार हटाने की मांग

नैनीताल। नगर के सामाजिक संगठन जनाधिकार संघर्ष मोर्चा ने, बुधवार को नैनीताल की जिलाधिकारी को ज्ञापन भेजकर नगर के डीएसए मैदान में हाल में स्थापित रॉक क्लाइम्बिंग की कृत्रिम दीवार को अविलंब हटाने की मांग की। कहा कि नैनीताल नगर के एक मात्र खेल के मैदान में जहाँ विभिन्न खेल प्रतियोगिताओं के आलावा नंदा देवी व दशहरा मेला आयोजित किया जाता है, उस स्थान पर कुछ समय पूर्व नैनीताल के संगठनों को विश्वास लिए बगैर, इस प्रकार का ढांचा खड़ा कर दिया गया है,

जिससे नैनी झील की आलौकिक छटा व सौन्दर्य से परिपूर्ण दृश्य बाधित हो रहा है। साथ ही किसी काम न आ रहा यह ढांचा नगर में आने वाले देश-विदेश के पर्यटकों में भी कौतुहल का विषय बन गया है। इसका कोई औचित्य भी नजर नहीं आ रहा है। ज्ञापन प्रेषित करने वालों में संगठन के प्रदीप दुम्का, शाकिर अली, प्रताप पडियार, महेश आर्या व विजय साह आदि शामिल रहे।

कुमाऊं विवि ने किए परीक्षा परिणाम घोषित

Workshop organized on the concept of ‘making Uttarakhand the best and strong state by 2025’
-Told the district the axis of development

Naveen Samachar, Nainital, 28 June 2023. The government has envisaged to make the state the best and strong Uttarakhand state by 2025, aiming to double the state’s Gross Domestic Product (GSDP) in the next 5 years. Regarding this, a one-day district-level workshop was organized at Vikas Bhawan Bhimtal Auditorium under the chairmanship of District Panchayat President Bela Tolia on Wednesday to ensure quick inclusive development by brainstorming with all the stakeholders of the district level and the officials of the concerned departments.

The workshop was inaugurated by Mrs. Tolia, District Chief Development Officer Dr. Sandeep Tiwari, Additional CPPGG Planning Department Chief Executive Officer Dr. Manoj Pant by jointly lighting the lamp. On this occasion Mrs. Tolia said that she asked the officers to make efforts from their level to fulfill the targets and to improve their economy by providing maximum self-employment. CDO Dr. Tiwari, while discussing how the benefits of departmental schemes reach the general public, the development work plan for the future in the development blocks of the district, various schemes at the gram panchayat level and the implementation of the schemes according to the target of sustainable development through stakeholders.

Asked to be done on the ground. Dr. Manoj Pant said that work has to be done considering the district as the axis of development. For this, the government is running a 30-point program for the needs and development of the district on the lines of the 20-point program of the Government of India for the development of the state. He also congratulated everyone on Nainital district getting the first place in the SDG rank for planning and implementation of sustainable development goals at the local level.

It was told that many ‘Best Practices’ works are being done in various fields at the district level, in which, through ‘Chandan Model’ of Okhalkanda resident teacher Chandan Singh Nayal, on the subject of water conservation and afforestation in the workshop, mountain and remote areas A model has been made on water conservation and afforestation. Apart from this, revitalization and afforestation of Shipra river, conservation of water sources, disposal of plastics, water conservation etc. were discussed.

District Panchayat Raj representative Gopal Verma, District Economics and Statistics Officer Dr. Mukesh Negi, Shailendra, Rajesh Kumar, Shyam Dhanak etc. also presented various topics in the workshop. Block chief Dr. Harish Bisht and Asha Rani and Chanda Fartyal, Dr. BKS Yadav, along with many concerned officers were present in the workshop. Operation was done by Kamal Mehra.

2000 square feet land allotted free of cost for 4G mobile tower in Paniyamehta

Nainital. 2000 square feet land has been allotted for setting up BSNL’s mobile tower with 4G connectivity in remote revenue village Paniyamehta of Nainital district. Additional District Magistrate Shivcharan Dwivedi said that the land has been allotted free of cost to the General Manager of BSNL subject to conditions. He has also instructed Tehsildar Nainital to take necessary action to make necessary action in this regard in the revenue records.

It is notable that even before this, 2000-2000 square feet land has been allotted free of cost for setting up 4G mobile towers of BSNL in 20 remote villages of the district. However, still there is no mobile signal of any company at many places on the Nainital-Haldwani National Highway. The information about non-receipt of mobile signal has also been made public by putting boards on the roadside at these places.

Ayush, Chaitanya and Manas won the singing competition

Nainital. Sadnas: A song singing competition was organized on Wednesday in the Madhav Auditorium of Parvati Prema Jagati Saraswati Vihar Senior Secondary School in the city. 18 students from all the six houses participated in the competition in three categories. In the children’s category, Ayush Pandey of class VIII A got the first position by singing the song ‘Parvati Boli Shankar Se Sunlo Bholenath Ji’.

Similarly, Chaitanya Bisht of class 9th from Arvind Sadan sang the song ‘Nadan Parinde’ from the middle class and Manas Gangwar of class 12th of Tilak Sadan sang ‘Kisi ki ki smurroton pe ho nisar, kisi ka pain mila sakiye to le udar’. Got first position in his class by singing.

Whereas Manas Pant got second and Vaibhav Pandey third in children’s category, Dhruv Joshi second and Kushagra Vats third in secondary category and Krish Joshi second and Atharva Pathak third in higher category. School Principal Dr. Surya Prakash wished all the participating students a bright future.

Demand from DM to remove artificial wall made in DSA ground

Nainital. The city’s social organization Janadhikar Sangharsh Morcha on Wednesday sent a memorandum to the District Magistrate of Nainital, demanding immediate removal of the recently installed artificial wall of rock climbing at the DSA ground of the city. It is said that in the only playground of Nainital city, where Nanda Devi and Dussehra fair are organized apart from various sports competitions, this type of structure has been erected some time ago without taking the trust of the organizations of Nainital.
