नवीन समाचार, देहरादून, 22 जून 2023। (Apuni Sarkar) उत्तराखंड राज्य के लोगों को घर बैठे अनेक सुविधाएं एक मंच पर देने के लिए बनाए गऐ ई-सर्विस पोर्टल-‘अपुणि सरकार’ (Apuni Sarkar) के माध्यम से किरायेदारों के सत्यापन कराने सहित 200 से अधिक सेवाएं उपलब्ध कराई जा रही हैं। लेकिन इन सेवाओं को कैसे प्रदान किया जा रहा है इसका उदाहरण इस पर मांगे जाने वाली जानकारियों से होता है। इन्हें पढ़कर कोई भी व्यक्ति हैरान, परेशान व शर्मसार हो सकता है।

मीडिया रिपोर्ट्स के अनुसार इस ऐप पर किरायेदारों के सत्यापन के लिए दिए गए व्यवसायों के आगे ऐसे-ऐसे विकल्प दिए गए हैं जो आभाष करा रहे हैं इस ऐप को बनाने वालों की बिन देखे, कहीं और से इन विकल्पों को उड़ा कर ‘कॉपी-पेस्ट’ कर दिया होगा। इसमें व्यवसाय की अनेक ऐसी श्रेणियां दी गई है जो न सिर्फ अति आपत्तिजनक है अपितु शासन-प्रशासन में बैठे लोगों की सोच और कार्यशैली पर भी सवाल खड़े करती है। इसमें व्यवसाय की श्रेणियों में शराब तस्करी, दलाली, कांटेªक्ट किलिंग यानी भाड़े पर की जाने वाली हत्या, वेश्यावृत्ति, खानाबदोश, अवैध दवा विक्रेता सहित अत्यंत आपत्तिजनक विकल्प भी दिए गए हैं।
