नवीन समाचार, देहरादून, 20 जून 2023। (Friend’s brutality) एक दोस्त जब ऐसी हरकत करता है तो पूरी इंसानियत से भरोसा उठ जाता है। लोगों दोस्तों पर भरोसा न करें तो किस पर करें। राजधानी देहरादून के एक व्यक्ति बिजली मैकेनिक के तौर पर काम करते हैं। उनके साथ में मूल रूप से अतोड़ा संभल यूपी निवास सतेंद्र नाम का आरोपित भी काम करता था। दोस्त के नाम पर सतेंद्र उनके घर आने-जाने लगा। इसी बीच एक दिन उसने उनकी 13 साल की कक्षा आठ में पढ़ने वाली बेटी को एक फोन लाकर दिया। परिजनों को इसका पता चला तो उन्होंने इसका विरोध किया और सतेंद्र से दूरी बना ली।
लेकिन इसके कुछ दिन बाद ही 30 अगस्त 2018 को उनकी बेटी घर से स्कूल के लिए निकलने के बाद लापता हो गई। परिजनों ने उसकी तलाश शुरू की और उसका पता नहीं चलने पर डालनवाला थाने में उसकी गुमशुदगी दर्ज करवायी।
अगले दिन बेटी ने फोन करते सतेंद्र के पास होने की जानकारी दी। जबकि कुछ दिन बाद सतेंद्र के पिता ने फोन किया और बताया कि बेटी उनके घर पर है, जिसे वह वापस पहुंचाने आ रहे हैं। इसके लिए उनको नजीबाबाद बुलाया गया। कहा कि वे पुलिस कार्रवाई न करें। लड़की के पिता पुलिस संग गए तो सतेंद्र के पिता ने नंबर ही बंद कर दिया। आगे करीब एक माह बाद पुलिस ने 27 अक्तूबर वर्ष 2018 को आईएसबीटी के पास से दोनों को पकड़ लिया। जांच के बाद पुलिस ने कोर्ट में चार्जशीट दाखिल की। तब से मामला कोर्ट के विचाराधीन था।
ट्रायल के दौरान नाबालिग पीड़िता ने अदालत को बताया कि सतेंद्र उसे देहरादून से संभल लेकर गया। वहां 14-15 दिन एक कमरे में रखा और उसके साथ कई बार दुष्कर्म किया। इसके बाद वह उसे अपने गांव ले गया। फिर मुरादाबाद-लखनऊ ले जाकर भी उसके साथ दुष्कर्म किया। लखनऊ के एक मंदिर में शादी का दिखावा भी किया।

A person from the capital Dehradun works as an electrical mechanic. An accused named Satendra, originally Atoda Sambhal UP resident, also used to work with him. Satendra started visiting his house in the name of a friend. Meanwhile, one day he brought a phone to his 13-year-old daughter studying in class eight. When the relatives came to know about this, they opposed it and kept a distance from Satendra.
But a few days after this, on 30 August 2018, his daughter went missing after leaving home for school. The relatives started searching for him and when he could not be found, he was reported missing at Dalanwala police station.
The next day, the daughter called and informed about Satendra being near. While a few days later Satendra’s father called and told that the daughter is at his house, whom he is coming to bring back. For this he was called to Najibabad. Told them not to take police action. When the girl’s father went with the police, Satendra’s father switched off the number.
Further, about a month later, on October 27, 2018, the police caught both of them from near ISBT. After investigation, the police filed a charge sheet in the court. Since then the matter was sub judice.
During the trial, the minor victim told the court that Satendra took her to Sambhal from Dehradun. He kept her in a room there for 14-15 days and raped her several times. After this he took her to his village. Then he raped her even after taking her to Moradabad-Lucknow.
He also pretended to be married in a temple in Lucknow. In the court, the prosecution produced 10 witnesses and the defense presented 3 witnesses and tried to show the consent of the minor victim, but the court, showing strictness, convicted Satendra of raping a minor and sentenced him to 20 years in jail. Not only this, a fine of Rs 52 thousand has also been imposed on the guilty. Out of this, 45 thousand rupees will be given to the victim as help.
