सेवानिवृत्त कर्मी ससुर की मौत पर बहु गिरफ्तार… (Mahila Giraftar)
नवीन समाचार, ऋषिकेश, 25 जून 2023। (Mahila Giraftar) उत्तराखंड जल संस्थान के एक सेवानिवृत्त कर्मचारी की मौत पर पोस्टमार्टम रिपोर्ट आने के बाद कोतवाली पुलिस ने पुत्रवधू के खिलाफ गैर इरादतन हत्या के आरोप में मुकदमा दर्ज कर आरोपित बहू को पुलिस ने गिरफ्तार कर लिया।

कोतवाली पुलिस से प्राप्त जानकारी के अनुसार अपर गंगानगर, गली नंबर 10 ऋषिकेश में उत्तराखंड जल संस्थान में फिटर के पद से सेवानिवृत्त हुए सरजू सिंह का 27 मई की सुबह करीब दस बजे अपनी पुत्रवधू के साथ किसी बात को लेकर विवाद हुआ था। आरोप था कि पुत्रवधू ने अपने ससुर के साथ मारपीट की। इस घटना के बाद ससुर की हालत बिगड़ गई, और उनकी मौत हो गई। पुलिस टीम ने बुजुर्ग के शव को कब्जे में लेकर पोस्टमार्टम के लिए भेजा दिया था।
कोतवाली के प्रभारी निरीक्षक केआर पांडेय ने बताया कि इस मामले में मृतक के पुत्र अजय ने पुलिस को शिकायती पत्र दिया था। तीन जून को पोस्टमार्टम रिपोर्ट प्राप्त हो गई थी। जिसमें बुजुर्ग के शरीर में कई चोट के निशान मिले, और हृदयाघात से मौत होना बताया गया। इसके आधार पर मृतक की पुत्रवधू अंशु सिंह के खिलाफ गैर इरादतन हत्या के आरोप में मुकदमा दर्ज किया गया था ।

After the post-mortem report on the death of a retired employee of Uttarakhand Jal Sansthan, the Kotwali police registered a case against the daughter-in-law for culpable homicide and arrested the accused daughter-in-law.
According to the information received from the Kotwali police, Sarju Singh, who retired from the post of fitter in Uttarakhand Jal Sansthan in Upper Ganganagar, Gali No. 10, Rishikesh, had a dispute with his daughter-in-law on May 27 at around 10 am. It was alleged that the daughter-in-law assaulted her father-in-law. After this incident the father-in-law’s condition deteriorated, and he died. The police team took the dead body of the elderly and sent it for postmortem.
Kotwali’s in-charge Inspector KR Pandey told that in this case Ajay, the son of the deceased, had given a complaint letter to the police. The post-mortem report was received on June 3. In which many injury marks were found in the body of the elderly, and death was said to be due to heart attack. On the basis of this, a case was registered against the daughter-in-law of the deceased, Anshu Singh, on charges of culpable homicide not amounting to murder.
The investigation of the case was handed over to Senior Sub-Inspector DP Kala, on the basis of investigation Anshu, the daughter-in-law of the elderly has been arrested and is being produced in the court.
