नैनीताल में वन भूमि पर कब्रस्तान की चाहरदीवारी के निर्माण की सूचना पर सक्रिय हुआ वन विभाग (Action-Karrwai)
नवीन समाचार, नैनीताल, 23 जून 2023। (Action-Karrwai) नैनीताल में वन भूमि पर सरकारी धनराशि से एक कब्रस्तान के निर्माण पर सोमवार को विवाद खड़ा हो गया। नगर के मनोरा रेंज में हनुमानगढ़ व शीतला देवी मंदिर तथा केंद्र सरकार के उपक्रम एरीज के पास देवता गांव के अंतर्गत वन भूमि पर कब्रस्तान की चाहरदीवारी के निर्माण की सूचना पर आज विभागीय अधिकारी, ठेकेदार व निकटवर्ती कृष्णापुर वार्ड के सभासद मौके पर पहुंचे।
बताया गया है कि गत 24 जनवरी 2023 को अल्पसंख्यक आयोग के उपाध्यक्ष मजहर नईम नवाब और विधायक सरिता आर्या ने यहां 39.53 लाख रुपये की स्वीकृत व अवमुक्त धनराशि से कब्रिस्तान की लगभग 300 मीटर लंबी चाहरदीवारी के निर्माण कार्य का शिलान्यास किया था। मनोरा रेंज के रेंज अधिकारी मुकुल शर्मा ने बताया कि वन क्षेत्र में कब्रस्तान क्षेत्र की नई दीवार बनने की सूचना पर वह मौके पर पहुंचे। आगे राजस्व विभाग से कब्रस्तान की भूमि के अभिलेखों की जांच की रही है। निर्माण के नियमविरुद्ध पाये जाने पर चाहरदीवारी के निर्माण को ध्वस्त करने सहित आवश्यक कार्रवाई की जाएगी।
नैनीताल में प्रशासन की दर्जनों दुकानदारों, फड़वालों व व्यवसायियों पर बड़ी कार्रवाई
नैनीताल। जिलाधिकारी वंदना सिंह के निर्देशों पर शुक्रवार को नैनीताल शहर में गन्दगी, अतिक्रमण और अवैध रूप से संचालित फड़, व्यवसाय के विरुद्व लगभग 3 से 4 घंटे अभियान चलाया गया। इस अभियान के दौरान 35 से अधिक दुकानों का स्थायी रूप से किया गया अतिक्रमण हटाया गया और 24 लोगों का गंदगी करने पर 17 हजार रुपए से अधिक का चालान किया गया। साथ ही 12 से अधिक फड़ व्यवसायियों का सामान जब्त किया गया। इसके अलावा मॉल रोड पर अवैध रूप से पार्क की गई किराये वाली साइकिलों को भी सीज किया गया।
साथ ही दो पहिया व चार पहिया वाहनों के खिलाफ भी वाहन अधिनियम के तहत चालानी कार्यवाही की गई। इसके अलावा दो होटलों का व्यवसायिक की जगह घरेलू गैस सिलेंडर कर प्रयोग करने पर सिलेंडर सीज करते हुए आवश्यक उत्पाद अधिनियम के तहत चालानी कार्यवाही की गई। एक दुकान में अवैध रूप से शराब पिलाते हुए पकड़े जाने पर एक बोतल और दो क्वाटर सीज करते हुए उनके खिलाफ भी चालानी कार्यवाही की गई।
इसके अलावा तल्लीताल में नैनीताल रोड में रेता बेचने पर संबंधित विक्रेता के विरुद्ध खनन अधिनियम में अवैध भण्डारण के लि चालानी चलानी कार्रवाही करते हुए 60 कट्टे रेता सीज किया गया। कार्रवाई में उपजिलाधिकारी राहुल साह, नगर पालिका के अधिशासी अधिकारी आलोक उनियाल, जिला पूर्ति अधिकारी, मल्लीताल कोतवाल, यातायात प्रभारी आदेश कुमार सहित अन्य सम्बधित अधिकारी शामिल रहे।
पेयजल लाइन के क्षतिग्रस्त होने पर संबंधित ठेकेदार पर कार्रवाई
नैनीताल। जिलाधिकारी वंदना ने फ्लैट्स मैदान नैनीताल में निर्माणाधीन बाक्सिंग रिंग में ग्रामीण अभियंत्रण विभाग के द्वारा निर्माण कार्य के दौरान गत बृहस्पतिवार को जल संस्थान की पेयजल लाईन को क्षतिग्रस्त कर दिया था। इससे शहर के कई हिस्सों में पानी की आपूर्ति न होने पर लोगों को दिक्कतों का सामना करना पड़ा।
इसका तत्काल संज्ञान लेते हुए डीएम ने आरडब्ल्यूडी के अधिशासी अभियंता केके बिष्ट एवं जल संस्थान के सहायक अभियंता दलीप सिंह बिष्ट को नैनीताल कार्यालय मे तलब किया और पूरी जानकारी ली। इस मामले में संबंधित ठेकेदार की लापरवाही देखते हुए संबंधित अधिकारी को संबंधित ठेकेदार को साथ लेकर तत्काल दिन रात कार्य करते हुए पेयजल लाइन को यथाशीघ्र दुरुस्त कर आपूर्ति सुचारू करने को कहा। सुलभ कराना सुनिश्चित करें।

The Forest Department became active on the information about the construction of boundary wall of the cemetery on the forest land in Nainital.
Naveen Samachar, Nainital, 23 June 2023. Controversy erupted on Monday over the construction of a graveyard on forest land in Nainital with government funds. Departmental officers, contractors and regional councilors reached the spot today on the information about the construction of boundary wall of the cemetery on the forest land under Devta village near Hanumangarh and Sheetla Devi Temple and Central Government’s Undertaking Areas in Manora range of the city.
It has been told that on January 24, 2023, Mazhar Naeem Nawab, Vice Chairman of the Minorities Commission and Sarita Arya, MLA, had laid the foundation stone for the construction work of about 300 meters long boundary wall of the cemetery here with the sanctioned and released amount of Rs 39.53 lakh.
Range Officer of Manora Range Mukul Sharma said that he reached the spot on the information about the construction of a new wall in the cemetery area in the forest area. Further, the land records of the cemetery have been examined by the Revenue Department. Necessary action will be taken including demolishing the construction of boundary wall, if found against the rules of construction.
Major action by the administration on dozens of shopkeepers, fadwalas and businessmen in Nainital
Nainital. On Friday, on the instructions of District Magistrate Vandana Singh, a campaign was conducted for about 3 to 4 hours against filth, encroachment and illegally operated phad, business in Nainital city. During this campaign, permanent encroachments of more than 35 shops were removed and 24 people were fined more than Rs 17,000 for littering. Along with this, the goods of more than 12 phad businessmen were seized. Apart from this, rental cycles parked illegally on the Mall Road were also seized.
Along with this, challan action was also taken against two wheelers and four wheelers under the Vehicle Act. Apart from this, challan action was taken under the Essential Products Act by seizing cylinders for using domestic gas cylinders instead of commercial ones in two hotels. On being caught drinking liquor illegally in a shop, seizing one bottle and two quarters, action was also taken against him. Apart from this, 60 bags of sand were seized against the concerned seller for illegal storage under the Mining Act for selling sand in Nainital Road in Tallital. Deputy Collector Rahul Sah, Municipal Executive Officer Alok Uniyal, District Supply Officer, Mallital Kotwal, traffic in-charge Adesh Kumar and other concerned officers were involved in the action.
Action on concerned contractor on damage of drinking water line
Nainital. District Magistrate Vandana had damaged the drinking water line of the Jal Sansthan last Thursday during the construction work by the Rural Engineering Department in the Boxing Ring under construction at Flats Ground, Nainital. Due to this, people had to face problems due to non-supply of water in many parts of the city.
Taking immediate cognizance of this, the DM summoned RWD’s Executive Engineer KK Bisht and Jal Sansthan’s Assistant Engineer Dalip Singh Bisht to the Nainital office and took complete information. In view of the negligence of the concerned contractor in this matter, the concerned officer was asked to repair the drinking water line as soon as possible by taking the concerned contractor along and working day and night to make the supply smooth. The DM also directed the Assistant Engineer Jal Sansthan to assess the property damaged by the RWD during the construction work, impose fine and take action against the concerned contractor and provide the report. Apart from this, Deputy District Magistrate Yogesh Mehra was directed to make available the physical progress of the work by conducting on-the-spot inspection at the concerned place. The Deputy District Magistrate immediately inspected the spot following the orders and provided the status report of the inspection from the spot to the DM.
