नवीन समाचार, देहरादून, 25 जून 2023। देहरादून में मित्र पुलिस का अमानवीय तालिबानी चेहरा (Taliban punishment) देखने को मिला है। थाना सहसपुर में नियुक्त कांस्टेबल का चोर के घुटने तोड़ने का वीडियो सोशल मीडिया पर वायरल हो रहा है। बहरहाल घटना की जानकारी मिलने के बाद जनपद के एसएसपी ने दोनों कांस्टेबल को लाइन हाजिर कर दिया है।

जिले के ग्रामीण इलाके विकासनगर से मित्र पुलिस को शर्मशार करने वाली घटना सामने आई है। दरअसल एक कांस्टेबल एक चोर को तालिबानी सजा देते हुए उसके घुटने तोड़ रहा है। इस संबंध में सोशल मीडिया पर एक वीडियो भी जमकर वायरल हो रहा है। जिस पर एसएसपी ने संज्ञान लेते हुए दोनों कांस्टेबलों को लाइन हाजिर कर दिया है। पूरे मामले की जांच सीओ विकासनगर को दी गई है। जांच के आधार पर दोनों पुलिस कर्मियों के खिलाफ नियम अनुसार विभागीय कार्रवाई की जाएगी।
जानकारी के अनुसार पुलिस की करतूत उजागर करता ये वायरल विडियो थाना सहसपुर क्षेत्र अंतर्गत बद्रीपुर गांव का है। वीडियो में कांस्टेबल चोरी के आरोपी को न सिर्फ बुरी तरह से पीट रहा है, बल्कि अमर्यादित शब्दों का भी प्रयोग करता नजर आ रहा हैं। वर्दी की हनक में पुलिस कर्मी कभी चोरी के आरोपी के टांगों पर लकड़ी से मार रहा है, तो कभी पुलिसिया बूट तले चोर के पैर की अंगुलियां रौंद रहा है। खाकी के इस खलनायक की तस्वीर देखकर क्षेत्र में मित्र पुलिस कहे जाने वाली खाकी की जमकर किरकीरी हो रही है।
एसएसपी दलीप सिंह कुंवर ने बताया कि आज सोशल मीडिया में प्रसारित एक वीडियो के माध्यम से जानकारी मिली की चौकी धर्मावाला, थाना सहसपुर में नियुक्त कांस्टेबल दिनेश सेमवाल और कांस्टेबल मनोज भारती द्वारा एक व्यक्ति के साथ मारपीट की गई है। जिस पर संज्ञान लेते हुए दोनों पुलिस कर्मियों को तत्काल लाइन हाजिर किया गया है। उन्होंने बताया कि पूरे मामले की जांच सीओ विकासनगर को दी गई है। जांच के आधार पर दोनों पुलिस कर्मियों के खिलाफ कार्रवाई भी की जाएगी।

According to the information, this viral video exposing the handiwork of the police is from Badripur village under police station Sahaspur area. In the video, the constable is not only beating the theft accused badly, but is also seen using profanity. Sometimes the policeman in the uniform is hitting the legs of the accused of theft with a stick, and sometimes the policeman is trampling the toes of the thief under his boot. Seeing the picture of this khaki villain, the khaki, who are called friend police in the area, are getting very dirty.
SSP Dalip Singh Kunwar said that today through a video circulated in the social media, information was received that a person was assaulted by Constable Dinesh Semwal and Constable Manoj Bharti, posted at Chowki Dharmawala, Thana Sahaspur. Taking cognizance of which both the police personnel were immediately sent to the line. He told that the investigation of the entire matter has been given to CO Vikasnagar. Action will also be taken against both the police personnel on the basis of the investigation.
