The play ‘Sanchi Preet’ was recently staged at CRST Inter College in Nainital, receiving praise from Union Minister Ajay Bhatt. The workshop, organized by the National School of Drama in collaboration with Actors Academy, Sharda Sangh, and experimental organizations, focused on various aspects of theater arts. The participants showcased their talent, with Mithilesh Pandey, Madan Mehra, Deepak Sahdev, and others delivering excellent performances. The workshop director, Subhash Chandra, highlighted the techniques taught during the workshop, including drama, acting, dance, and stage decoration. Local coordinator Madan Mehra and assistant director Rohit Verma played important roles in the play.

नवीन समाचार, नैनीताल, 26 जून 2023। (Nainital News 26 June 2023) राष्ट्रीय नाट्य विद्यालय की बीते माह 20 मई से अदाकार नाट्य अकादमी, शारदा संघ एवं प्रयोगाक संस्थाओं के सहयोग से आयोजित की जा रही प्रस्तुतिपरक कार्यशाला के तहत सुभाष चंद्रा के निर्देशन मे तैयार नाटक ‘साँची प्रीत’ की सीआरएसटी इंटर कॉलेज में प्रस्तुति की गई। नाटक के मंचन पर केंद्रीय रक्षा व पर्यटन राज्य मंत्री अजय भट्ट ने भी कलाकारों की प्रशंसा करते हुए रंगकर्म को सत कर्म की संज्ञा दी।
विजय दान देथा की कहानी पर आधारित एवं अनूप त्रिवेदी द्वारा नाट्य रूपांतरण किए गए तथा हेमंत बिष्ट व अनूप त्रिवेदी के गीतों तथा नवीन बेगाना के संगीत निर्देशन में प्रस्तुत किए गए नाटक में मिथिलेश पांडे, मदन मेहरा, दीपक सहदेव, मनोज कुमार, अनवर रजा, अमन, राहुल, योगिता, सौम्यता, जीविका, लक्ष्मी, राहुल, रोहन, काव्यांश, पंकज, मंथन, अमन, संजय, रवि, बबीता, कुनुद, प्रियांशु अनुष्का, प्राची व सौरभ, आदि ने उत्कृष्ट अभिनय किया।
कार्य शाला निर्देशक सुभाष चंद्रा ने बताया कि कार्य शाला के दौरान प्रतिभागियों को शारदा संघ के सभागार में नाट्य कर्म के विशेषज्ञों के माध्यम से अभिनय, संवाद अदायगी, नृत्य, वेशभूषा, शारीरिक संरचना, मंच सज्जा, मुख सज्जा व योग आदि नाट्य विधा के विभिन्न आयामों की जानकारी दी गई। नाटक में स्थानीय समन्वयक व सहायक निर्देशक मदन मेहरा रहे, जबकि मुख सज्जा रोहित वर्मा व जावेद ने, नृत्य संचालन कनिका रावत राणा ने किया। जबकि संगीत सहायक के रूप मे अमन महाजन, शुभम कोहली, संजय कुमार, रवि नेगी, यश, पूजा, ऋचा, भूमिका, दिया, कल्पना, रोहित, रवि आदि ने एवं प्रकाश व्यवस्था में सुनील कुमार ने योगदान दिया।
मंचन पर विधायक सरिता आर्या, लक्ष्मण सिंह बिष्ट ‘बटरोही’, पूर्व विधायक डॉ. नारायण सिंह जतवाल, बल्ली सिंह चीमा, आलोक साह, प्रभात साह, राजीव लोचन साह, शेखर पाठक, जहूर आलम, हरीश राणा, मंजूर हुसैन, जगमोहन जोशी मंटू आदि ने पहुंचकर प्रतिभागियों को आशीर्वाद दिया। मंचन के अवसर पर राजेश कुमार, जीतेंद्र बिष्ट, कौशल साह जगाती, भास्कर बिष्ट, दिलावर सिराज, मनोज बिष्ट, अंकिता परिहार, अमित साह, अदिति, अनिल कार्की, अजय पवार, आशीष, संतोष भारद्वाज और हसन रजा भी उपस्थित रहे।

नैनीताल। नगर के बिड़ला विद्या मंदिर में दो दिवसीय अखिल भारतीय आईपीएससी ताइक्वांडो चौंपियनशिप 2023 का आयोजन सोमवार को शुरू हो गया है। प्रतियोगिता का शुभारंभ मुख्य अतिथि हॉकी के अंतरराष्ट्रीय खिलाड़ी पूर्व ओलंपियन राजेंद्र रावत ने किया। बताया गया है कि इस चैंपियनशिप में बिड़ला विद्या मंदिर नैनीताल, असम वैली आसाम, एमराल्ड हाइट्स इंटरनेशनल स्कूल इंदौर, संस्कार वैली स्कूल भोपाल, राजकुमार कॉलेज राजकोट, जीडी बिड़ला रानीखेत व पंजाब पब्लिक स्कूल नाभा सहित पूरे देश के अनेक प्रतिष्ठित विद्यालयों की टीमें भाग ले रही हैं, जो अंडर-14 अंडर-17 और अंडर-19 श्रेणी में आपस में भिड़ेंगी।
प्रतियोगिता के उद्घाटन अवसर पर बिड़ला विद्या मंदिर के प्रधानाचार्य अनिल कुमार शर्मा ने उपस्थित खिलाड़ियों, प्रशिक्षकों, टीम मैनेजर एवं अन्य मेहमानों का स्वागत किया और प्रतिभागी खिलाड़ियों से खेल भावना से भाग लेने का आग्रह किया। इस अवसर पर राज्य के द्रोणाचार्य पुरस्कार विजेता अंतरराष्ट्रीय खिलाड़ी कमलेश तिवारी आईपीएससी ताइक्वांडो प्रतियोगिता के पर्यवेक्षक राकेश कुमार शर्मा, बिड़ला विद्या मंदिर के वित्त प्रबंधक संजय कुमार गुप्ता, खेल प्रशिक्षक एवं आयोजक पृथ्वीराज किरोला, लीला बिष्ट व जतिन ग्रोवर सहित विद्यालय के समस्त शिक्षक, कर्मचारी एवं छात्र उपस्थित रहे।शौचालय के निर्माण हेतु
नगर पालिका के ईओ से मिले जनहित संस्था के पदाधिकारी
नैनीताल। नगर की सामाजिक सरोकारों से जुड़ी जनहित संस्था के अध्यक्ष सुरेंद्र चौधरी के नेतृत्व में संस्था के एक शिष्टमंडल ने सोमवार को नगर पालिका नैनीताल के अधिशासी अधिकारी आलोक उनियाल से दोबारा मुलाकात की। इस दौरान शिष्टमंडल ने बार बार आग्रह करने के बाद भी पालिका प्रशासन की ओर से नगर के बीएम शाह पार्क के सामने सड़क पर शौचालय का निर्माण न होने के कारण जनता को हो रही परेशानियों के बारे में विस्तार से अवगत कराया तथा इस मामले में की गई कार्यवाई की जानकारी ली।

The drama ‘Sanchi Preet’ prepared under the direction of Subhash Chandra was presented at CRST Inter College under the presentation workshop being organized by National School of Drama from May 20 in collaboration with Actors Academy, Sharda Sangh and experimental organizations. On the staging of the play, Union Minister of State for Defense and Tourism Ajay Bhatt also praised the artists and termed theater as a good deed.
Mithilesh Pandey, Madan Mehra, Deepak Sahdev, Manoj Kumar, Anwar Raza, Manoj Kumar, Anwar Raza, Aman, Rahul, Yogita, Soumita, Jeevika, Lakshmi, Rahul, Rohan, Kavyansh, Pankaj, Manthan, Aman, Sanjay, Ravi, Babita, Kunud, Priyanshu, Anushka, Prachi and Saurabh, etc. gave excellent performances.
Workshop director Subhash Chandra said that during the workshop, the participants were taught various techniques of drama, acting, dialogue delivery, dance, costumes, physical structure, stage decoration, face decoration and yoga etc. in the auditorium of Sharda Sangh through the experts of theatrical work. Dimensions were given. Madan Mehra was the local coordinator and assistant director in the play, while Rohit Verma and Javed did the head decoration, Kanika Rawat Rana did the dance.
While Aman Mahajan, Shubham Kohli, Sanjay Kumar, Ravi Negi, Yash, Pooja, Richa, Bhumika, Diya, Kalpana, Rohit, Ravi etc contributed as music assistants and Sunil Kumar contributed in lighting. MLA Sarita Arya, Laxman Singh Bisht ‘Batrohi’, former MLA Dr. Narayan Singh Jatwal, Balli Singh Cheema, Alok Sah, Prabhat Sah, Rajiv Lochan Sah, Shekhar Pathak, Zahoor Alam, Harish Rana, Manzoor Hussain, Jagmohan Joshi Mantu on the stage Adi reached and blessed the participants. Rajesh Kumar, Jitendra Bisht, Kaushal Shah Jagati, Bhaskar Bisht, Dilawar Siraj, Manoj Bisht, Ankita Parihar, Amit Shah, Aditi, Anil Karki, Ajay Pawar, Ashish, Santosh Bhardwaj and Hasan Raza were also present on the occasion of staging.
Players from prestigious schools across the country gathered in Nainital for the All India IPSC Taekwondo Championship
Nainital. The two-day All India IPSC Taekwondo Championship 2023 has started on Monday at Birla Vidya Mandir in the city. The competition was inaugurated by the chief guest, international hockey player and former Olympian Rajendra Rawat. It has been told that teams from many prestigious schools across the country including Birla Vidya Mandir Nainital, Assam Valley Assam, Emerald Heights International School Indore, Sanskar Valley School Bhopal, Rajkumar College Rajkot, GD Birla Ranikhet and Punjab Public School Nabha will participate in this championship. They will compete in the under-14, under-17 and under-19 categories.
On the inauguration of the competition, Principal of Birla Vidya Mandir Anil Kumar Sharma welcomed the present players, coaches, team manager and other guests and urged the participating players to participate in the spirit of sportsmanship. Officials of public interest organization met EO of municipality
