Nainital News 22 June 2023, In Nainital, a man named Birendra Singh Darmwal was arrested and sent to jail after creating a disturbance at a stone crusher site. He allegedly got into a scuffle with the crusher’s accountant, threatened to kill if the crusher wasn’t closed, and obstructed the crusher’s work by placing his motorcycle in the middle of the site. When the police arrived, he resisted their intervention. He was subsequently arrested under relevant sections of the Indian Penal Procedure Code for breaching the peace.
