After studying Hotel Management and working in metropolitan cities, Umesh returned home during the COVID-19 pandemic and embarked on a unique venture. He established ‘Umesh Bisht Impression’ on Gas Godam Road, Haldwani, where he crafts biscuits, pizzas, and cakes using Maduve, a traditional mountain grain.
