Additionally, the Governor of Uttarakhand, Lieutenant General Gurmeet Singh, met with employees and their families at the Nainital Raj Bhavan, assuring them of support and addressing their concerns. However, the number of tourists visiting Nainital has witnessed a decline due to traffic congestion and parking issues. Reports suggest that efforts are being made to alleviate the situation, redirecting traffic from specific entry points and improving road infrastructure.
