Bhatt highlights that neighboring states like Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Punjab, and Haryana have agreed to register only hospitals with more than 50 beds, whereas all private clinics, hospitals, and clinical laboratories in Uttarakhand are currently temporarily registered under the CEA.

The road had suffered a collapse on August 18, 2018, and has been undergoing temporary treatment since then. The allocated funds will be utilized to construct a 40-meter-long reinforced concrete (RCC) bridge on both sides of the 25-meter portion of the road that extends over the lake. Notably, cracks have been observed in approximately 170 meters of Lower Mall Road. If the experiment proves successful in the 40-meter section, similar repair work can be undertaken for the remaining damaged areas.
