Smack Smuggler arrested, 20-year-old youth in Haldwani has been arrested for smuggling 6.15 grams of smack. The young man, identified as Hasim, admitted that his addiction to smoking smack led him to become involved in smuggling to support his expenses. A case has been registered against him under Section 8/21 of the NDPS Act at the Kaladhungi Police Station.
