नवीन समाचार, देहरादून, 15 जून 2023। (doosre dharm ka yuvak dushkarm karte hue pakda) उत्तराखंड की राजधानी देहरादून के बसंत विहार क्षेत्र में एक किशोरी से दूसरे धर्म का गुलफाम नाम का युवक दिन-दहाड़े खुले में जबरन झाड़ियों में ले जाकर दुष्कर्म कर रहा था। लड़की के चिल्लाने पर कुछ लोगों ने उसकी आवाज सुन ली और आरोपित को पकड़ लिया। इसके बाद लोग आरोपित को पीटते हुए थाने ले गए और पुलिस के हवाले कर दिया। पुलिस ने आरोपित के खिलाफ दुष्कर्म का मुकदमा दर्ज कर लिया है। मामले से गुस्साए हिंदू संगठन से जुड़े लोगों ने थाने में हंगामा भी किया।

पुलिस से प्राप्त जानकारी के अनुसार गुरुवार सुबह करीब आठ बजे स्थानीय लोगों ने बसंत विहार थाना क्षेत्र में चाय बागान के पास झाड़ियों से एक लड़की की चिल्लाने की आवाज सुनी। इस पर लोग मौके पर पहुंचे तो आरोपित युवक मौके से भागने लगा। उसे भीड़ ने दबोच लिया और पीटते हुए बसंत विहार थाने ले गए। इस बीच इलाके से काफी लोगों की भीड़ थाने में जुट गई। पुलिस ने लोगों को समझा-बुझाकर शांत कराया। साथ ही पीड़िता के पिता की तहरीर पर आरोपित के खिलाफ दुष्कर्म का मुकदमा दर्ज कर दिया। एसओ होशियार सिंह पंखोली ने बताया कि यहां लोग एक युवक को पकड़कर थाने लाए थे। हालांकि आरोपित के साथ भीड़ द्वारा मारपीट की बात सामने नहीं आई है। आरोपित का मेडिकल कराया गया है। पीड़िता के पिता की तहरीर पर आरोपित गुलफाम पुत्र महमूद निवासी मेहूंवाला नूर बस्ती थाना पटेलनगर के खिलाफ मुकदमा दर्ज कर लिया है।
