‘विश्व बंधुत्व’ की भावना के साथ ‘हर घर आंगन’ में मनाया गया विश्व योग (Yoga) दिवस
The 9th World Yoga Day was celebrated in Nainital with great enthusiasm and the spirit of global unity. The event, organized by the District Ayurvedic and Unani Office and the District Administration, took place at the basketball court near Naina Devi Temple at the DSA ground. Chief District Panchayat President Bela Tolia and MLA Sarita Arya inaugurated the program, highlighting the significance of yoga in maintaining physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. Participants, including public representatives, officers, employees, and students, engaged in yoga exercises led by Yogacharya Dr. Jyotsna Kuniyal and other trainers. Similar yoga programs were also held in Ayush health centers and ‘Har Ghar Aangan’ across the district. Additionally, the Uttarakhand Police Wives Welfare Association organized a yoga session at the police line in collaboration with yoga guru Kamla Bisht from Patanjali Yoga Peeth.
नवीन समाचार, नैनीताल, 21 जून 2023। बुधवार को पूरे देश के साथ नैनीताल जनपद मुख्यालय में भी 9वां विश्व योग (Yoga) दिवस ‘वसुधैव कुटुंबकम हेतु योग’ की थीम पर मनाया गया। भारत सरकार के आयुष मंत्रालय के निर्देशों के क्रम में जिला आयुर्वेदिक एवं यूनानी कार्यालय व जिला प्रशासन के संयुक्त तत्वावधान में आयोजित इस कार्यक्रम में मुख्य कार्यक्रम नैना देवी मंदिर के प्रांगण डीएसए मैदान स्थित बास्केटबॉल कोर्ट में प्रातः 7 से 8 बजे के मध्य आयोजित हुआ। देखें उच्च हिमालयी क्षेत्र में पंचाचूली बेस पर आज आयोजित हुए योग महोत्सव की झलकियां:
कार्यक्रम का शुभारंभ मुख्य जिला पंचायत की अध्यक्ष बेला तोलिया तथा विशिष्ट अतिथि विधायक सरिता आर्या व कुमाऊँ मंडल के आयुक्त दीपक रावत ने दीप प्रज्वलित कर संयुक्त रूप से किया। इस अवसर पर योगाचार्य प्रभारी चिकित्सा अधिकारी डॉ ज्योत्स्ना कुनियाल के साथ गौरव, निधि व दीपक आदि प्रशिक्षकों ने उपस्थित लोगों को योगाभ्यास कराया।
इस अवसर पर श्रीमती तोलिया ने कहा कि योग भारत की सभ्यता और संस्कृति की पहचान है। यह शारीरिक, मानसिक और आध्यात्मिक अभ्यास है तथा शरीर व मस्तिस्क दोनो को स्वस्थ रखता है। कहा कि आज प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी की प्रेरणा से पूरा विश्व योगमय हो रहा है। उन्होंने सभी से अपील की कि स्वस्थ जीवन के लिए सभी आवश्यक रूप से योग को अपनी दिनचर्या का हिस्सा बनाएं।
विधायक सरिता आर्या व कुमाऊं आयुक्त दीपक रावत ने भी विचार रखे। बताया गया कि इस अवसर पर जनपद के 13 आयुष हेल्थ एवं वेलनेस केंद्रों तथा जनपद की सभी ग्राम पंचायतों में भी ‘हर घर आंगन’ में भी योग कार्यक्रम का आयोजन किया गया।
इस अवसर पर वरिष्ठ पुलिस अधीक्षक पंकज भट्ट, अपर जिलाधिकारी शिवचरण द्विवेदी, प्रभारी जिला आयुर्वेदिक यूनानी अधिकारी डॉ प्रदीप मेहरा, आनंद बिष्ट, दया किशन पोखरिया, मोहित साह, अरविंद पडियार, विभिन्न विद्यालयों के छात्र-छात्राओं, जनप्रतिनिधियों, अधिकारियों-कर्मचारियों के साथ आम जनमानस ने भी योग किया। वीरभट्टी स्थित पार्वती प्रेमा जगाती सरस्वती विहार वरिष्ठ माध्यमिक विद्यालय सहित नगर के अधिकांश विद्यालयों में भी बच्चों को योग कराया गया।
पुलिस लाइन में भी किया गया योग
नैनीताल। अंतर्राष्ट्रीय योग दिवस के अवसर पर उत्तराखंड पुलिस वाइव्स वेलफेयर एसोसिएशन के तत्वावधान में जिला मुख्यालय स्थित पुलिस लाइन में योग किया गया। एसोसिएशन की अध्यक्ष डॉ। अलकनंदा अशोक की पहल पर आयोजित हुए इस कार्यक्रम में जनपद के एसएसपी पंकज भट्ट, स्थानीय अध्यक्ष हेमा बिष्ट व सीओ विभा दीक्षित के साथ उपस्थित लोगों को पतंजलि योग पीठ की प्रशिक्षक योग गुरु कमला बिष्ट ने योग, प्राणायाम तथा आसनों का अभ्यास कराया। उन्हें सम्मानित कर उपहार भी भेंट किये गए।
योग शिविर में प्रतिसार निरीक्षक भगवत राणा, प्रभारी निरीक्षक दूर संचार राजकुमार बिष्ट, मल्लीताल कोतवाल धर्मवीर सोलंकी, तल्लीताल थानाध्यक्ष रोहिताश सिंह सहित अभिसूचना इकाई, वाचक, प्रधान लिपिक फायर यूनिट नैनीताल तथा अन्य शाखाओं व इकाइयों के पुलिसकर्मी तथा उनके परिजनों ने योगाभ्यास किया।
प्रयास संस्था ने मनाया योग

World Yoga Day celebrated in ‘Har Ghar Aangan’ with the spirit of ‘world brotherhood’

On Wednesday, along with the whole country, the 9th World Yoga Day was celebrated at Nainital district headquarters on the theme of ‘Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam Hetu Yoga’. Organized under the joint aegis of the District Ayurvedic and Unani Office and the District Administration, in accordance with the instructions of the Ministry of AYUSH, Government of India, the main program was held between 7 am to 8 am in the basketball court located at the premises of the Naina Devi Temple at the DSA ground. The program was inaugurated jointly by Chief District Panchayat President Bela Tolia and special guest MLA Sarita Arya and Kumaon Mandal Commissioner Deepak Rawat by lighting the lamp. On this occasion Yogacharya in-charge Medical Officer Dr. Jyotsna Kuniyal along with trainers Gaurav, Nidhi and Deepak etc. made the people present to practice yoga. On this occasion, Mrs. Tolia said that Yoga is the identity of India’s civilization and culture. It is a physical, mental and spiritual practice and keeps both body and mind healthy.
Said that today with the inspiration of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the whole world is becoming yogic. He appealed to all to make yoga a part of their daily routine for a healthy life. MLA Sarita Arya and Kumaon Commissioner Deepak Rawat also expressed their views. It was told that on this occasion, yoga programs were organized in 13 Ayush health and wellness centers of the district and also in ‘Har Ghar Aangan’ in all the gram panchayats of the district.
On this occasion, Senior Superintendent of Police Pankaj Bhatt, Additional District Magistrate Shivcharan Dwivedi, Incharge District Ayurvedic Unani Officer Dr. Pradeep Mehra, Anand Bisht, Daya Kishan Pokharia, Mohit Shah, Arvind Padiyar, along with students of various schools, public representatives, officers and employees Common people also did yoga. Children were also made to do yoga in most of the schools of the city including Parvati Prema Jagati Saraswati Vihar Senior Secondary School located in Veerbhatti.
Yoga was also done in the police line
Nainital. On the occasion of International Yoga Day, under the aegis of Uttarakhand Police Wives Welfare Association, yoga was done in the police line at the district headquarters. Association President Dr. In this program organized on the initiative of Alaknanda Ashok, along with district SSP Pankaj Bhatt, local president Hema Bisht and CO Vibha Dixit, yoga guru Kamla Bisht, instructor of Patanjali Yoga Peeth, made the people practice yoga, pranayama and asanas. He was honored and presented with gifts.
Pratisar Inspector Bhagwat Rana, Incharge Inspector Telecom Rajkumar Bisht, Mallital Kotwal Dharamveer Solanki, Tallital Police Station President Rohitash Singh along with Information Unit, Reader, Head Clerk Fire Unit Nainital and policemen of other branches and units and their families performed yoga in the yoga camp.
