Strict enforcement measures will be implemented, including penalties for overloading, speeding, driving under the influence, and violation of two-wheeler safety regulations.

It has been asked to do through lottery. After this order, the pedal rickshaws which used to run till their ‘coin’ and were considered a separate identity of Nainital will become history. The next hearing of the case will be in August.
