Road Accident, A tragic accident occurred in Uttarakhand when a car collided with two scooties, resulting in the death of four individuals, including three women from the same family. The deceased were identified as 60-year-old Nem Bahadur Chand’s son Dev Bahadur Chand, his wife Dhana Devi (55), daughter-in-law Narmada Chand (27), and brother’s wife Kalpana Chand (42). They were returning home from Mahendra Nagar in Nepal when the accident took place near Juria drain in the Chakarpur Banbasa forest. The collision was severe, causing two women to be thrown from the scooty and into the bushes. The car driver fled the scene, and the police are searching for the absconding driver. The bodies have been kept in the mortuary for postmortem, and the accident car has been seized by the police.
